Kenneth Sigudla is a young, self-motivated individual, ambitious, and goal-oriented, who is determined to achieve all the goals he has set for himself. He has gained experience in retail banking, personal loans, and retail store work, and is currently involved in the real estate business. He is a natural-born leader with excellent selling, servicing, and problem-solving skills.
While working in the North West, Free State, and the Eastern Cape regions in various selling capacities, he has become familiar with the regions, the stakeholders, and the financial dynamics that drive them.
He holds qualifications in Financial Information Systems, a National Certificate in Banking, Entrepreneurship and Business Management, and a Facilitate Learning Certificate.
He has over 15 years of banking experience and 2 years of experience in retail sales with private companies. Additionally, he has over 10 years of experience in various management roles with Standard Bank and ABSA Bank, where he managed a team of more than 23 staff members who reported to him.
He is an investor with a student and residential property portfolio that he has been building and managing for over 15 years. This has given him extensive knowledge and skills in the property field. Currently, he is on a journey to help 30 individuals obtain and grow a mixed property portfolio of 5 properties each within the next 5 years.
